 Provide a model for students and residents to learn from on efficient front office management of dentistry and patient care management

 Daily effective and efficient scheduling of clinic schedules to maximize patient care and student experience

 Develop and carry out programs that focus on advanced patient/student and resident experiences

 
 
 
 

REVENUE

 In network contracting and credentialing for medical and dental insurances for all clinics

 Insurance verification, processing and posting

 Monthly patient statements

 Financial management of all payments in clinics

 Establish effective payment options for patients to provide access to care

 Effective and efficient scheduling to meet maximum monthly revenue goals

 Establish maximum revenue production and collection goals based on student/resident availability, chair availability, and average appointment value

 Medical insurance billing for medical/dental procedures in all clinics

 Monthly reporting to reflect revenue and operational benchmarks
